Plain-language summary
Cookies help websites remember or measure things. ToolRelief uses them selectively for website operation, analytics, advertising where enabled, and commercial attribution. Visitors can control optional technologies through the available consent and browser controls.
01 · WHAT COOKIES ARE

Small technologies with different purposes

A cookie is typically a small piece of data stored or accessed through a browser. Websites and third-party services may also use related technologies to remember choices, maintain sessions, measure activity, prevent abuse, or attribute eligible commercial actions.

Cookies

Browser-stored data that may help a website remember a preference, recognize a session, preserve consent choices, measure activity, or support another defined function.

Similar technologies

Depending on the service, measurement or attribution may also involve pixels, tags, local storage, identifiers, request data, referral parameters, server-side signals, or comparable technologies.

02 · TOOLRELIEF COOKIE PURPOSES

How ToolRelief may use cookies and related technologies

04 · ANALYTICS & ADVERTISING SERVICES

Google services and other third-party measurement systems

Analytics

ToolRelief may use Google Analytics or comparable analytics technologies to understand website performance, traffic acquisition, navigation patterns, device categories, page usage, and other measurement signals.

Analytics data helps ToolRelief evaluate whether software intelligence, research, calculators, comparison resources, travel tools, commercial routes, and other public assets are useful and technically healthy.

Availability and processing can depend on consent state, regional requirements, browser configuration, and the services active during the visit.

For more information about ToolRelief’s advertising standards, review the Advertising Policy .

05 · AFFILIATE & REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION

Commercial attribution can occur after a visitor leaves ToolRelief

Some outbound commercial routes may be eligible for affiliate or referral compensation. Attribution is normally controlled by the destination provider, affiliate program, or related commercial system.

What may be recognized

A third party may use a referral identifier, tracking parameter, cookie, session attribution, or another permitted method to determine that a visitor reached its service through ToolRelief and later completed an eligible action.

What ToolRelief does not automatically receive

An ordinary affiliate click does not by itself give ToolRelief access to a visitor’s private SaaS workspace, passwords, payment card details, private files, internal account content, or other private provider-account data.

Affiliate relationships and their editorial boundaries are explained separately in the Affiliate Disclosure .

06 · YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

Visitors remain in control of available privacy choices

Cookie controls can operate at more than one level. Site consent choices, browser controls, device settings, and third-party privacy controls can each affect how technologies operate.

Consent interface

Where available, use ToolRelief’s consent banner or privacy settings to accept, reject, or manage optional cookie categories.

Browser controls

Most browsers provide options to inspect, block, delete, restrict, or clear stored cookies and site data.

Provider privacy controls

Advertising, analytics, operating-system, or device providers may provide additional controls for personalization and tracking.

Blocking or deleting cookies generally does not prevent a visitor from reading public ToolRelief content, but some site functions, preferences, measurements, attribution, advertising behavior, or integrations may operate differently.

07 · U.S. STATE PRIVACY CHOICES

“Sale” and “sharing” can have special meanings under privacy law

ToolRelief does not treat visitor data as a product to sell for direct cash payment.

Some privacy laws, however, define terms such as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly than ordinary everyday language.

Certain advertising, analytics, or cross-context technologies may fall within those broader legal definitions depending on the jurisdiction, the technology being used, the relationship between parties, and the applicable law.

Where required, ToolRelief aims to provide the privacy choices, consent controls, opt-out mechanisms, or related disclosures applicable to those technologies.

Visitors can review the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page and the Privacy Policy for additional information.

08 · THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Leaving ToolRelief can place you under another organization’s cookie rules

ToolRelief links to software companies, AI providers, infrastructure services, travel providers, affiliate destinations, research sources, documentation, marketplaces, and other external websites.

External cookie policies Third-party websites may place or access their own cookies according to their own systems and legal policies.
Independent privacy practices ToolRelief does not control how another website collects, uses, retains, or shares data after you leave ToolRelief.
Verify before providing data Review relevant privacy, cookie, account, payment, and security terms before providing sensitive information to an external provider.
09 · DATA MINIMIZATION

ToolRelief’s operating principle is useful measurement without unnecessary collection

PRIVACY OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Collect and activate only what serves a legitimate site function.

ToolRelief’s broader mission is to reduce unnecessary complexity. The same principle applies to analytics, advertising, consent, referral attribution, and website operations: technology should have a defined purpose rather than exist merely because it can be added.

No ad-click incentives ToolRelief does not ask or reward visitors for clicking advertisements.
No fake navigation Advertising should not be intentionally disguised as site controls, download buttons, or core navigation.
No account required for public reading ToolRelief’s public editorial resources do not generally require a user account merely to read them.
No intentional collection of sensitive data through ordinary cookies ToolRelief does not intentionally design normal website cookies to collect passwords, private files, payment card details, or private SaaS workspace content.
10 · COOKIE DURATION

Cookies do not all remain for the same amount of time

Some cookies or similar technologies are session-based and may expire when a browser session ends. Others may remain for a defined period so a preference, consent state, analytics identifier, advertising setting, security function, or referral attribution can continue to operate.

Exact duration can depend on the specific technology, browser behavior, consent choices, provider configuration, and changes made by the service provider. ToolRelief therefore does not claim that every third-party cookie follows one universal retention period.

11 · POLICY GOVERNANCE

How this Cookies Policy is maintained

ToolRelief may update this policy when its analytics systems, advertising configuration, affiliate infrastructure, consent-management setup, privacy controls, legal requirements, or website architecture materially change.

Where prior consent is required, optional technologies should follow the available consent state before being activated.
Measurement principle
Analytics should support measurable website improvement rather than unnecessary data collection.
Commercial principle
Advertising and affiliate attribution are commercial mechanisms; they do not determine independent ToolRelief editorial conclusions.
Third-party principle
External providers remain responsible for their own cookies, attribution technologies, privacy practices, and service terms.
PRIVACY CHOICES · CLEAR TECHNOLOGY USE

Cookies should support the website — not make privacy impossible to understand.

ToolRelief aims to keep consent, measurement, advertising, attribution, and privacy choices understandable while maintaining the technical systems needed to operate and improve the platform.
