03 · PROHIBITED USE

Public access does not grant a right to copy, disrupt, impersonate, or republish the platform

You must not misuse ToolRelief, interfere with normal website operation, or exploit ToolRelief content and systems in ways that exceed legitimate public use.

Bulk copying or republication

Do not reproduce, mirror, syndicate, translate, redistribute, or commercially republish substantial portions of ToolRelief’s original content without authorization.

Unauthorized scraping or extraction

Do not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping systems, data-mining systems, or automated extraction tools to create a substantial copy or competing dataset from ToolRelief unless authorized or otherwise permitted by law.

Competing commercial databases

Do not use substantial ToolRelief content, directories, frameworks, datasets, research structures, or generated outputs to build a competing commercial directory, research product, comparison database, or content service without permission.

Unauthorized AI-training extraction

Do not systematically extract substantial ToolRelief content for creating or enriching commercial AI-training datasets, model-training corpora, or replicated knowledge products unless expressly authorized or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Security interference

Do not attempt to hack, overload, disrupt, probe, bypass, reverse engineer, or interfere with website security, administrative interfaces, access controls, consent systems, protected services, or technical infrastructure.

Misrepresentation

Do not impersonate ToolRelief, its founder, authors, contributors, partners, advertisers, or providers, and do not present ToolRelief content as your own.

Malicious or abusive submissions

Do not use forms, contact channels, audit requests, or other submission mechanisms to transmit malware, spam, harassment, fraudulent information, or unlawful material.

Unlawful or deceptive activity

ToolRelief may not be used to facilitate illegal, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or intentionally harmful activity.

Search indexing: These restrictions are not intended to prohibit ordinary good-faith search-engine indexing or other automated access that ToolRelief has expressly authorized. They are intended to distinguish normal discovery from unauthorized large-scale extraction, replication, or commercial exploitation.
04 · CONTENT, COPYRIGHT & ATTRIBUTION

ToolRelief retains rights in its original editorial and decision assets

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for ToolRelief is owned by ToolRelief or used under an appropriate license.

Protected original material may include

Articles, research, original analysis, frameworks, calculators, audit structures, scoring models, page copy, graphics, diagrams, comparison structures, original taxonomies, glossary definitions, methodology material, and other distinctive editorial or technical assets.

Third-party trademarks, logos, product names, screenshots, data, and materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Linking You may link to public ToolRelief pages.
Short quotations Reasonable excerpts may be quoted with attribution and a link to the original page.
Full republication Full or substantial republication generally requires prior written permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Commercial reuse Selling, licensing, repackaging, or systematically commercializing substantial ToolRelief material requires authorization unless applicable law provides otherwise.
05 · CALCULATORS, AUDITS & INTERACTIVE RESOURCES

Public tools are provided for decision support, not guaranteed outcomes

ToolRelief may provide calculators, scoring tools, estimators, audits, decision finders, templates, frameworks, checklists, or other interactive resources.

Results depend on inputs

Outputs may depend on user-provided information, assumptions, modeled values, benchmarks, pricing inputs, formulas, or other variables.

Results are not guarantees

A score, estimate, recommendation, audit finding, or calculator result does not guarantee a saving, outcome, eligibility decision, commercial result, or technical result.

Verify before acting

Users remain responsible for validating material prices, contract terms, renewal dates, technical requirements, compatibility, security considerations, and other decision-critical information.

06 · CONTACT, AUDIT & USER-SUBMITTED INFORMATION

Only submit information you are authorized to share

If you contact ToolRelief, request an audit, report an issue, submit commercial information, or otherwise send information through a public form or email channel, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide that information.

Do not intentionally submit passwords, payment-card details, authentication credentials, private encryption keys, highly sensitive personal information, confidential trade secrets belonging to another party, or other information that ToolRelief has not specifically requested.

ToolRelief may use submitted information as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, investigate the issue, provide the requested resource, protect the platform, maintain records, or otherwise operate consistently with the Privacy Policy .

07 · PUBLIC ACCESS VS. PRIVATE INFRASTRUCTURE

Access to the public website does not grant access to ToolRelief’s private systems

Private operational infrastructure remains private

ToolRelief may use internal databases, administrator tools, private partner services, private APIs, affiliate-network accounts, unpublished records, commercial-review queues, verification snapshots, matching logic, technical logs, analytics systems, internal notes, or other non-public infrastructure.

Public access to a listing, methodology page, status badge, calculator, directory, travel resource, or other visitor-facing output does not grant permission to access, probe, reconstruct, extract, bypass, or interfere with the private systems that support that output.

Public verification information is intentionally limited to the information needed by visitors. Private credentials, publisher IDs, tokens, account identifiers, internal scores, raw partner responses, and administrative decision records are not public website resources.

08 · THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS, PROVIDERS & EXTERNAL WEBSITES

External destinations remain governed by their own providers

ToolRelief may link or route visitors to software providers, AI tools, marketplaces, advertisers, affiliate partners, booking services, travel providers, documentation, security resources, government sites, and other third-party destinations.

External providers control their services

ToolRelief does not own or operate third-party products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party pricing, availability, billing, refunds, account restrictions, service delivery, security, privacy, product changes, travel bookings, cancellations, and support remain subject to the relevant provider.

External use creates a separate relationship

When you leave ToolRelief and interact with a third-party website or service, that provider’s own terms, privacy practices, policies, eligibility requirements, and contractual rules may apply.

You should review relevant provider information before creating an account, entering data, purchasing, subscribing, booking, or entering into a contract.

09 · ADVERTISING, AFFILIATES & COMMERCIAL ROUTES

Commercial relationships do not change the rules for responsible website use

ToolRelief may earn compensation

Some public pages may include affiliate links, referral links, advertising, partner opportunities, sponsored relationships, or other disclosed commercial connections.

Where applicable, ToolRelief may receive compensation when a visitor clicks, signs up, purchases, books, or completes another qualifying action.

Commercial links remain third-party routes

A commercial relationship does not transfer responsibility for the third-party product or service to ToolRelief and does not automatically imply a formal sponsorship, endorsement, guaranteed discount, or guaranteed result.

See the Affiliate Disclosure , Advertising Policy , and Offer Verification Methodology .

10 · WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY

ToolRelief may evolve, and users remain responsible for their decisions

Website availability

ToolRelief does not guarantee that every page, feature, calculator, directory, endpoint, or resource will remain continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free, or unchanged.

Platform changes

ToolRelief may add, update, reorganize, correct, suspend, replace, or remove content, functionality, commercial routes, tools, or public resources when appropriate.

User decisions

Decisions to purchase, cancel, renew, migrate, configure, automate, replace, book, or rely on a third-party product or service remain the user’s responsibility.
