Can transit rules be different from destination rules?
Yes. Connection-country rules can apply independently, especially when changing airports, leaving the transit area or re-checking baggage.
Does a visa guarantee entry?
No. A visa or travel authorization may permit travel to a border, but final admission remains with the competent border authority.
Can an assistance provider approve my visa?

Should I book non-refundable travel before approval?
